Custom signs give businesses the opportunity to set themselves apart from their competitors. They can choose the material their sign will be made from, its shape and size as well as what they want to say on it.
Add a unique touch to your photoshoots with themed graphics that will attract crowds and enhance your branding. Decorate your storefront with reusable cling graphics that can stick to glass surfaces.
A sandblasted or carved sign is an excellent choice for those looking to make an impression with their signage. These signs are usually constructed of Allwood cedar (which is kiln dried vertical or horizontal grained western red cedar) Komacel PVC, or HDU (High Density Urethane).
A popular sandblasting technique is to use vinyl masks to block off areas that don’t need to be blasted leaving graphics behind. The sign is then blasted with an abrasive such as aluminum oxide. This creates the desired background texture while highlighting the raised graphics.
If you blast too deeply with too course an abrasive you risk pulverizing SIGN*FOAM which will compromise its strength characteristics and the longevity of the primer and topcoat. To avoid this we recommend a maximum blast depth of 3/16 inch. It takes about 30 minutes to blast a 4′ x 8′ SIGN*FOAMsign. This is much faster than the 90 minute or more it would take to blast a similar size wood sign.
Wood signs are a classic sign choice for businesses and offices that want to convey a more rustic or classic look. They are often sandblasted to enhance their look and can be stained or painted to suit your business’s style. Redwood is a popular choice for wooden signs because it resists weathering and insect damage better than other types of wood.
You can stencil lettering onto a wood sign using the same process as you would with vinyl. Load a small amount of paint on a stencil brush and wipe off most of the excess before applying it to your sign. Make sure to apply the stencil carefully to avoid any bleeding or chipping. After you’ve applied the stencil, use a hammer and finishing nails to attach the frame pieces together.

Metal signs are a great way to display your business name and logo to passersby. They also serve as an effective marketing tool to draw the attention of your target audience. Printed on brushed aluminum, these signage options have an elegant and professional appearance. They are perfect for instructional signage, such as ‘No Entry’ and ‘Warning’ signs. They can also be used to display the evacuation plan for a building or office.
Metal sign panels are made from a variety of materials, including aluminum and steel. They are durable and resistant to the elements, making them an excellent choice for outdoor use. They are available in a range of sizes and can be customized to meet your needs.
All of our metal signs feature direct-to-substrate printing, which ensures that the UV-cured inks adhere to the substrate. The standard sign includes four corner holes, but if you need more, please let us know in the comments field on the checkout page.
Creating quality custom signage is one of the most cost-effective ways to market a business. It works for your company every day, advertising your brand to anyone who walks by. This is especially important for restaurants and retail stores that want to stand out from the competition. Custom signs also give businesses more control over their branding. They can add their logo, trademarks, images, and slogans to their signage.
These backlit displays are used in a variety of applications, from directional signage to menus and merchandising campaigns. They feature a fabric graphic printed with dye sublimation, which diffuses the light and eliminates surface glare. They can be customized to match your business’s color palette and evoke a positive image of the brand. This type of signage is popular with retail stores, food chains, and even hotel lobbies.
